Bike to Work Day: Culver City Pit Stop
Bike to Work Day gives us an opportunity to thank those who bike to work and school. These are the folks who "walk the walk" when it comes to actively addressing climate change. We encourage everyone to jump on a bike when you head to work or school. Let's enjoy Bike to Work Day together!
Time & Location
May 19, 2022, 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM
Culver City, 8840 National Blvd, Culver City, CA 90232, USA
About the event
This year, Bike Culver City, a local LACBC Chapter is celebrating Bike To Work Day on May 19th from 7:30 am - 10 am. Stop and say hello on the Washington Blvd side of the Ivy Station Building next to the Culver City Bike Lanes OR at the Duquesne entrance to the bike path happening at the same time.
Chapter members will hand out Bus Culver City Swag and a Bike Culver City card. Bike Culver City invites bike commuters to then head over to Equator Coffees shop for a sponsored coffee and small treat by flashing their Bike Culver City card and saying "Everything is better on a bike!"
BikeCulverCity, previously the Culver City Bicycle Coalition (CCBC), is a volunteer and member-supported chapter of the Los Angeles County Bicycle Coalition that encourages cycling, educates cyclists and motorists for safer streets, and advocates to make Culver City more bike-friendly.
