Ride of Silence – North Hollywood

On Wednesday night, LACBC hosted the Ride of Silence in North Hollywood, one of many events that take place worldwide.

Over one hundred cyclists attended to show support to those injured or killed in the roadway. People came from as far as Calabasas, Santa Clarita, the South Bay and Long Beach to take part in this ride.

The ride was also covered by the Daily News, KTLA and KTTV.

LACBC’s Zachary Rynew led the ceremony.

The sun hit the ride perfectly riding down Ventura Blvd.

The road could handle far more cyclists than cars.

The procession covered over a full block.

Louise Olin (Milt Olin Foundation) spoke to the crowd on hand.
